3. Shipping Locations

- We currently deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

4. Shipping Charges

- **Standard Shipping:** AED 18 for orders below AED 500.
- Free shipping for orders above AED 500.
- Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas. You will be notified of these charges during checkout.

5. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries

- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, the courier will attempt a second delivery. After the second attempt, the order will be returned to us.
